Tears falling as the skies roar a
Requiem for a shattered soul,
The nakedness of her heartache
So simple in her sad defeat.

Would a touch restore her pale flesh?
Would a word bear her heavenward?
Would a kiss light her gentle eyes
And a soft caress heal her wings?

Maid of sorrow, she has my heart
As it withers within her breast,
Should I take hers and be complete?
It is offered in silent plea...

A chorus of agony from heaven and rain poured in a colossus of angel's tears.

Forever In Your Heart

Open is the heart, laid before me,
with microscope eyes, soft velvet
layers of the most high love abounds,
suddenly out of the dark, into the light,

would a touch of her pale flesh restore?

you ask?

Oh dear Luke, I think not,
your words engraved here,
alone, touch more than a thousand
times across this vermilion heart,

touching me deeper, tender,
where no soul has trod before you,
you leave your lone footprints,

Long is the journey, clasp my hand,
we shall travel light,
for our hearts are beacons to light the way...

May I take a bow, for your words so graciously bestowed before me,
for tonight you have won my heart!

Love ~ARH
into the meadows of heaven we trod...
