there's only one who "truly" knows my days, my nights, who I am with, what he's like- and she says "girl what's wrong with you? Why don't you just take a hike?" But he saved me from a fate I face and will till it's a gift to die, there's two choices here I see, jail or a marital lie. There's no way to make it better now. I can't go on anymore in Arkansas. And can't go back to home. So where I am left to be? 'Cept the silence of this poem. thank you ladybug, for seeing and understanding me |
