All I have left are memories
Burning the back of my mind
Memories of us together
When you used to be mine.
I miss you more than anything
You still mean the world to me
But having to see you every day
Is not helping anything.
How can I look into your eyes
And pretend that I don't love you?
How can you look into my eyes
And pretend not to feel for me, too?
How can your feelings for me
Change in just a few days?
Before you were so perfect for me
Why can't we stay the same?
I miss everything about you
Your kiss, your smile, your touch,
And now that we're not together
Memories are all I have left of us.
