He used to be so happy He never felt this way Now that time has passed He is really gonna change The world is getting harder Can he handle what's to come? Should I help him with his problems? Are his emotions going numb? Does he care to live? Does he really want to go? If he left this world, then I'd never know I wish that I could help him...I'm reaching out my hand He doesn't want to grasp it So I have this simple plan: I'm gonna do the only thing I have left to do... I'm gonna close my eyes and ask the Lord to help me too. This poem is for a friend that thinks life is not worth living, but just remember there are others who feel the same. We have to keep eachother going. I do care...ALOT. ------------------ |
