 *sigh* ok, I've got this stupid medical thing goin on, and its been a long time, and doctors don't know whats wrong. But its hurts everytime I move, and I can't blink or move a joint without this wrenching pain. And I'm only fifteen. My dad's sick of me missing school from it all, 'cause some days a migraine keeps me home puking. And he keeps telling me to do better. I'm doing my absolute best. And I hate it.. it hurts so so much to move or open my eyes, the light kills. And I'm just sick of it and un-understanding words and looks. And I want it all to go away and I want to feel better  I keep hope... I know I can be healed. But .. it hurts so much. And some things are too easy I just needed to vent *sigh* And did I mention the person I loved the most, like a mom, but better is gone and I miss her so much and... her hugs could at least help for awhile. Anyway this probably seems really selfish doesn't it? ..thing is, I want to be there for others, but its so hard in the pain.. and yea I know, make it through so I can relate with others.. but can I really make it through another MINUTE of this ....Always, Alyssa - And so it was that time stood still - (blink, breathe, stand, fight) [This message has been edited by GG (01-19-2003 05:44 AM).] |

Alyssa, have you been to a physician? Sounds as if you have the beginnings of migraines, and the flu is going around as well. I am so sorry you lost the person that was close to you, sounds as if you are going through a very emotionally rough time. Get some rest, and please, get to a doctor soon! |

whats rest?! And yes, I'm actually seeing three specialists at one of the top hospitals and universities around. I have a constant headache.. and I have about two nasty migraines a week which pretty much debilitate me... Ah life is precious.. life is sweet... yea.. *reminds herself that* Thanks for replying and the care! I'm so sorry you feel this way. I know what it feels like to be sick, no one really believes you, yet no one can find what is wrong with you either. When I was 18 I had awful stomach cramps that led me to the ER more often then not. Each time I would go see a doctor or to the ER because I was in so much pain, nobody could find the sorce of it. I even had one doctor tell me to see a therapist! So I did, and of course that did not work. After the 10th trip to the ER and my second sonogram they found out I was sick, I had gall stones! and surgery was then planned.If you feel this way, keep at the doctors, they will find a way to help you. Hang in there, take it day by day. My thoughts are with you for a speedy recovery.  |

Yea Miah, their unbelief really bugs me. I mean, what have I done to prove I was worthy of their not believing me. Can't they see my eyes!? I've got to the ER a few times with this too. Lol and yes, they skipped the normal therapist for me and I went straight to a psychologist.. they sent me away again! I'm so sorry you had to go through all that. Oh, I really do hope they find what is wrong with you, not that I want anything wrong with you. lol  I think sometimes the people we love the most can be blind to certain things. I know for awhile my parents thought it was all in my head, because no one could find the cause of it. When they did, they felt bad for not believing me. By the end of everything I about needed a thearpist. However, talking with someone did help a bit, but it really helped when they found what was wrong, and fixed it. I wish that for you, hang in there maybe you will find the answeres you are looking for. |
