It is indeed a glorious good morning!
Sandgrain sent me an update this morning and it is all GOOD!, Some family members went up to visit yesterday, and reported to her that Rebecca is doing much better. She is getting some color back in her cheeks, and is on much less medication, but they are continuing the dialysis for now. Rebecca talked a little, and as her Mom said, “That means all her gray matter is working as she asked Ramona to feed the kids so Tim could stay there with her.” Rebecca didn’t realize she had surgery and of course was surprised that her tummy hurt.
She's still in the intensive care unit, and not quite out of the woods yet, but what a relief these improvements give! They're giving her breathing treatments and oxygen, but they've taken the breathing tube out of her throat, which, naturally, is very sore. However she is breathing on her own and that is a huge leap towards getting better.
Her Mom said, “God is good! He hears and answers every prayer.”
Please keep sending your loving thoughts for our WhtDove, and thanks to Sandgrain for the update.
