I am grounded, yet I take flight. I wonder where I will land for I hear the wind whisper and I see her breath brush my wings but I want to get down because I am grounded, yet I take flight. I pretend I am okay, yet I feel like an actress when I touch my face and I worry about the creases and I cry, for each line, a life spent wondering why I am grounded, yet I take flight. I understand what I must do and I say exactly what I feel but I dream of a life out of reach even though I try to be a good person and I hope I come back down because I am grounded, yet I take flight. -------------------------------------------- Thank you, Brad, I needed to do this. |

You do realize you can still be very grounded, and soar to heights you have never seen to do things you never thought you would do right?
