“Tied,
No lose ends to fray
Should in the end I find
I’ve lost my way.”
…………………………..

I’ve laughed and in my deny
Felt the things I said were true
No harm in this
No foul in play

Then found someplace along the path
There was little left of me
Untouched by acts

Deceive yourself
I’ll not murmur false prayer
Nor deny to you that yours
Is true

God stands in a different place
For me and you

Roll the beads in fingers
Until polished they were is now
Imbued with some essence
Of grace
That even your memory would find
Illustrated as were Kells
In fine hand drawn lines
Images
               Devine

If I could do the act
I would too

…………………………………

Unwrapped
The string undone and the paper torn
Would you find your hopes forlorn
Or would you see the essence in
All that dies, is just a way to begin?

…………………………………

Ends unwind when cut
Fraying even now
Along strands once tightly twisted

Some left marks
                Stigmata
In sympathy to a greater suffering
For greater good

Or for a fairy tale
            So, so long misunderstood

¿Me dice Dios, usted llora para mí?

(Tell me God, do you cry for me?)

Ron, the entire write is a masterpiece.  I can't even begin to verbalize the meaning it holds for me...brilliant.

Brilliant work, Ron.  I have read this piece several times and was amazed when I found   something new with each read.

I know you know.

Wow, you've done it again, created a master piece of art, and you had the never to leave a comment on my poem, that you are not bright enough...you are brilliant, make no mistake about that, the creative juices in this poem as well as the other artists in this web site are not only astounding, but truly caring, brilliant, giving, and kind.

Amazing literature thrives in the souls of man.  God is for each of us, our own journey and in my believe a destiny that is pre planned for each of us before we are born, sometimes I wonder if we have as much to say about it, as the Gods do?  Thank you for sharing.  And a great big good morning sent your way. Happy happy Friday
