Lead me to the darkest part of the forest so I can cease pure misery please this path has led me thus far . . . |

She has sprinted through her stream Jumping from rock to slippery rock Never landing solidly enough On any one, to pause, And catch her breath Until now Winded, muddied and bruised She stops and takes stock Of her progress, She has come quite far, in a very short time and now, she finds herself surrounded by beckoning whorls and eddys. Each wanting to take her She knows not where Deep green pools call her Into their cool calm depths To rest in their Morpheus wrappings Rapids, white and wicked Dare her to test them To test herself within them I think that she must be frightened Unsure of her next step She knows that I’ve traveled this route A long time ago And looks to me, not for an answer She’s too strong for that But, for a hint, some clue Of what lies downstream I decide to walk along beside her Safe on the bank of my own stream And describe for her the path I took In order to caution her, against it. |

Sue, this is another one of uncertainty. You are so good at putting your inner-most feelings of your heart down in such few words. I wish I could do that. As for what I would tell you is in this part of Ed (wranx) reply.... This is so true for me. I have walked down this path you travel more than once, and it is a confusing one. I do believe though, Little One, that you will also find a treasure at the end of your path like you've never known before. You are such a sweet, compassionate, and loving person that you will find that the treasure will be there for you. Friend, you have a lot of friends right here ready to give you a supporting hand. smiling here--you do know of Tolkien? In the darkest part of the forest? is ELROND'S. A generous and good natured elf who lets all sorts of strays crash at his place to rest, and regain their strength to face the rest of their journy. Now c'mere you. No forest can ever be dark with you in it littlewing... All of our paths go through a dark forest from time to time... But your family and loved ones, will be waiting for you in the meadow... Waiting until time has given you the strength, and the will to come out... It will be then, and only then... When you will all continue, and go forth... Together, once again... where do I begin to thank all of you for all of this?????? I am truly blessed to have such amazing brilliant friends who care so much as to reply so beautifully with every inch of your hearts to my scribble of misery. I am tearing up here . . . thank you all of you touch me deeply and yes I will continue to walk the path until I reach that light . . . because I will come to it this I am sure of . . .
