one of my favorite originals that I wrote about 24 years ago...played a jillion times I couldn't even remeber the riff... I had to run the playback over and over like I was learning someone else's -- took me over an HOUR... |

I'll blush, but, it aint my style  Nope, not losing brain cells, and all in all, I think it's a fair trade because my skills have grown geometrically in other ways -- my body remembered how to play it -- I just had to get my mind out of the way of my brain... the brain isn't really just that football shaped pile of goo in your skull -- it's your whole nervous system really -- muscle memory is an interesting thing -- but it did frustrate the crapola out of me... or something did.. what were we talking about?  (it may be time for camel hair bikinis again!) |

ah... glad you revived this Karilea I forgot what I was aaaarrrrghhhing about...! Yeah Ringo -- but it's not the music that frustrates -- it's the computers these days... by popular demand I created this group http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/hawkejonesvictims/ file samples of different genres I've done/doing are there, some originals, some covers (within fair use limits since they are mostly my own intro's) just go to 'files' once there (only members can access the files -- but to become a member all ya hafta do is join...) thanks! |
