Oh Doctor Love, I need your advice
On a true love I can't afford to sacrifice
My sweet RosePetal, my Gwenevere
Who I want to spend my whole life with with cheer

I am 18, going on to college
This October I found the girl of my dreams I dream to kiss
I believe you know her somehow, she posts her poems here
Anyway, we love each other so close and dear

But yet, deep down I feel sad
You see, we live a couple thousand miles apart, hand from hand
I live near the Rocky Mountains in Colorado
She lives in the heart of Florida, in Pompano

Yet she is all I've ever dreamed for, we have fallen in love
And she says she wants me just as much as I want her, is that enough?
I have tried to arrange to meet her by offering her a plane ticket
Now I'm anxiously waiting to hear if her parents will let her visit

I just want her to be the happiest girl she can be, just as she makes me happy
Every night before I got to sleep I pray to God He will bring her to me
For all I want to do is be faithful to her, and love her forever
I know deep down I have to have her or I may feel heartbroken forever

She says her dream is to go on a date with her to a Shakira concert
I've been looking over her 2002 Tour schedule to see if I can have her dream answered
While she's looking over her college schedule
Hoping everything works out with time management and her parents, once I finish high school

Oh Doctor Love, can you help me?
Can you offer me advice until I may meet her soon?
If you can even say just thing, I would feel so grateful
What is your preference, do you know what I must do?

Noah,
I hope her parents let her come visit you! That would be so great! Maybe you should go there though so you can meet her parents....show them what a great guy you are...this is so sweet Noah, I hope Dr. Love can help you

Love will conquer distance, I am sure of it. And any girls parents would love you. So I'm sure they will let her visit.

Maybe you can go to the same college..as long as you dont forget to study..i can feel the love and the pain in your heart..but college is the important thing..and if it is meant to be..you two will be together..or at least meet one day..and discuss your dreams..for the future...no rush in getting married you are still very young..you two are real sweet and intelligent and i want the best for you..
