6. Cathrene Ponders Cathrene sips again. He thinks too much of her -- that Lord has lost his mind for his Lady and her bees. Once they were allowed, all to show and sit and spread their fired words of family and now. Lost among herself, babbling about bees like a child, like a child. Cathrene sip sip sip. The Lady lost her sadness. Always held before. Finding lovers in dead hallways. Speaking fragment words to windows. Such a disgrace, sip. It's past time for them to go. To take their leave, sip sip, The money to split up. She roves the hall as a ghost. She roved to Robert once. He has that way about him with his silkened sickness. She must have married madness. Her mother too is losing light and snoring all the time in her horsey ways. Yellow taste in back in mouth. Sound of bees, even in here. How did she join this fall? How to escape its mouth? Taste of teeth upon her glass. She can taste its teeth. Robert with his breath of flute. The Lord a raving roving eye. Lady perhaps a bird? How long before she's stung? Clicks her claws upon the glass? She can taste its teeth. |

Whoah, this has sooooooo changed. Yummy! Now more than Gorey, I'm getting the hyper-Gorey images that Mark Romanek produced in NIN's vid fr Perfect Drug. That dark blue and green, pensive and lost and so alone. And when your poetry can give me images from my favourite music video director, that's goin' good, baby. i'll be waiting for you |

Ok, Ok, I think.....the butler did it. Yeah! Really, though, this is an old brocade curtain light with dust in ray window suspend. ~wranx In reply to "which way do we go?", the answer was never "straight", but, "progressively forward". |

Lori, glad I could make you think of the director of the perfect drug. Wranx, actually, it's occurred to me before that if this were actually taking place in England, where are the house servants? Then I realize, it's not taking place in England -- it's taking place in a dream, where all sorts of surreal disconnects like that are not just tolerated, but openly embraced. Bri, perhaps I should have called this section Mikey Ponders, because I don't know where to go from here. Yet. .m. |
