when it rains tonight will you slip in through my heart anchor my soul to my body with yours will you hold me in flannel arms whisper memories in my long quiet ear will you tell me how it was then when you loved me in brazen sunlight and I knew it can you feel how I missed your breath when it rains tonight will you slip in through my heart to the place you once lived and let the rain sing us on the window |

This sounds as if there is a traces poem to come soon. Very, very well done. Were I to critique [and a few thoughts did hit me!] I would send them by private mail, because one can see that this is a very special poem, and requires a very special touch - yours. |

Lady....there is something romantic about rain in the night...the sound perhaps? or..just the thought of cozy love in something flannel. How beautifully you write! |

"will you tell me how it was then when you loved me in brazen sunlight and I knew it" Nothing like the rain as a catalyst for memory. |
