Step in time as again see bright Autumn in pose irridescently garbed by the frosts' touch she glows with a mystical light 'neath a clear pagan moon. Swirling images dance, let this not end too soon. On a breeze spun aloft, rustling cloth of her gown pirouettes briskly turned, ever slowly set down in this magiical place, this enchantment of Fall seeming almost as if, some vague memory calls. Gazing out from these eyes 'cross this moon-lit expanse bowing ever so slight for this pleasurable dance. |

smile... you write beautifully for one who lives in the state of "bewilderment". Hmmm. Maybe that ought to be a prerequisite. I would have loved a third verse before the closing couplet, but I don't know snit about proper sonnets, but I know what I like. And I like. |

serenity, I would lie if I said your image did not appear in this poem. I would also lie if I said yours was the only image. Thank you for your inspiration, and, for being you. Doc |

Wow. I was in there? You made me look, you rogue you... I suspect it was the part about vague memory though...grin yer a doll, and yanno? I suggested a third quatrain not just for the purpose of sonnetization (izzat a woid?) but a pagan moon demands a triple goddess--yanno? Somehow I think you do... |
