Palm Shade

A palm tree lends its shade to me
While watching magic of the sea
The clouds make phantoms in the air
The sun sends gold to light that’s there

And I am off into a wile
A stay upon desires Isle
And there I search for ecstasy
The women of my fantasy

No knight, no armor and no lance
Just a touch of sweet romance
A tête-à-tête to sooth my fate
An innovate of dreamers state

I love this land of non exist
That lacks of rule or moralist
You stay the moment in my mind
Without reality to blind

The journey is a pleasant one
And free to almost everyone

I was just wondering today how you were and if you'd posted anything in the last day or two. (Rarely do I get around anymore, so it seems.)  It is always good to read your poetry.  Thank you for the gift of this mini-vacation!  I loved seeing the palm trees again.  Refreshment...
