jade pocket and bronze

I always would prefer the gold
of your gift of bronze
to the wet whisper of jade
when she would pocket herself

in the soul of my leather
but then again she was handy
and obvious is better sometimes
when diving for treasure below

and she had lost some things too
like her rule book and instructions
said whatever I did was fine to do
it was the polishing she needed

and being worn after was my choice
she could hang or dangle depending
but would prefer the latter
as my heart would be closer when

she became a lot more like you

Have always loved both the gold of bronze and the gem of jade, could never pick a fav tho'. Nicely done Dark.
