Sad Feelings

Its almost eight o'clock
and its starting to rain,
and I'm going for a walk,
rain please wash away my pain.
If I could clear my head,
I could have sweet dreams
when I go to bed.
Her leaving should have
set me free, so why does
her leaving seem to be
an unraveling of me?
