Mirror Reflection |

I stood before the mirror boldly, Stared wide eyed At what others did see. Relaxed my soul, opened my mind Sent inhibition flying free. I pulled myself into image reflected. From minds-eye cavern Gazed inside out. And realized As I gaped at this feat perfected That as I stared in In was staring out. Humbled I was by this observation, For its keenness cut deep With stark clarity. That no matter the disguise Or pose I projected A wise man looking deep Would clearly see me. |
