This is the rain. It carries. It keeps track of the days of Fall. The difference between distance and barrier is this: A Woman comes, make-up running but this is the rainy season and the message... |

Greetings, MukkaKukka! Please forgive me, but how do you pronounce your unusual user name? Mucka Kucka or Mooka Kooka? "It is thru a broken roll`d up newspaper that I sing" ~ And your voice carries well in the Fall rains! Giving you a warm, welcoming hug, Earth Angel |

Thank you for the explanation of your pseudonym. It gives special meaning to it. Thanks for the link. He died so young, but he left the legacy of his pennings behind. Through them he will live on... EA |

Hi and welcome! In California we don't have much rain in fall...but enjoyed thinking of it keeping track of time. Here falling leaves do the same. |

MukkaKukka, What an interesting write. I grew up in the northwest here in the states and know a thing or two about the rain. Welcome to Passions! Looks like you'll make a great addition to this circle of friends! If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, |

I love the rain just as I love this poem. I really like the open ending. Grey Matter Custom Images |

I don`t know if I should make my own interpretation of this poem but to me, retrospectively, This running of make-up is just pure Tarkovsky, since there is an emotion and then there is the rain like the ending of Stalker, the girl moves the glasses on the table nad then we hear a train. To me there simply is no difference between the rain and train because they both carry, the clouds distill the water and the cycle, the sea of fertility, I`m sorry too much Mishima right now... Drinking Torres and reading Spring Snow... |
