That words not said at night
Will present no better in daylight.
Where age is no guarantee
Of wisdom,

As a poor excuse
To put an old head
On young shoulders.

To provide a lesson,
To be taken
Use it, lose it
Or place it
In some distant place
For future reference.
The choice is yours,
You are the one
That will have to live with it
Not I.
For I will not
Hold it against you.
But know that in gain
Of personal freedom
There is also pain.
Irrespective of which
You will also know
That your Fathers door
Will always remain open to you.
