           "Sweet Water"

    A gentle rain, a drop of dew,
    the sweat that's born of fear;
    The pride of these, Sweet Water,
    is a gentle woman's tear.

Lovely!

In the midst of winter,
I found there lives within me..
An invincible summer.

Lovely.  An hourglass painted with delicate mist.  Enjoyed this very much.

no, what I meant is, and I should have explained but the poem blew me away and quit lost for words....
that a woman's emotions are so aptly understood by a man...sorry for the misunderstanding....

Short but most decidedly sweet!  To understand a woman's tears is to be gifted with wisdom!

   LeeJ... Ahhh Thank you, Milady. I was not offended by the term "Womanly" by the way. Albiet that I am very much... truly... all "male" (with everything in tact and functional)(blush, sorry to be graphic)... I have proudly enjoyed those who recognize that I do have an empathetic softer side that I willingly share. It is truely through those times that the soul is warmed to ecstacy and fulfillment.  Hmmmm I hope that I have not revealed more than is called for here... forgive me if I have, dear Lady.
