. I’ve known fair skin and supple form Long hair in which a patient man Could spend his one life wandering And never find the way Through petty kingdoms I have roamed Nearby next door and in distant lands And found in all those pretty royalties No colors worth the stay It’s the absence of arrogance That finally makes you beautiful That this world as goes Through its many toils Is not no more Than different shades of fool Who for all the years must as a rule Still center on your whole I watch those eyes As they read the page Look up and then behind their hue See a woman who quietly Blesses the space in which she moves And ennobles the heart That would be hers . |

NT, Thank you. This and “Genesis” came by virtue of woman I saw for all of five minutes at best at a theatre box office. Some never ever go away. Thanks again. John |

"I watch those eyes As they read the page Look up and then behind their hue See a woman who quietly Blesses the space in which she moves And ennobles the heart That would be hers" I absolutely loved this verse, John...and think the person who can write like this has a deep understanding of women. |

. NT, Thank you again. All you really have to do is pay attention. The hard part is convincing anyone you do . . . John . |
