when pale morpheus grips your hand leads you to his ebony bed feather covered redpoppy strewn he will appear the man you long to touch in the realm of darkness where stars glow softly illuminating the skies in sigh his shoulders are sanctuary for the ache and desire that beguiles come then, the soothing gentle touch of palms whispering psalms the gossamer down of night cradling soft the curve of a dreamer’s contentment casting white mist to black memory dream is but a sunbeam cast upon the dim of night erasing heart sting |
