Making Love The air fumbles around with day blending lush of leaf with water smearing palms within reflection weaving color green with mellow More than sun and shadow covering dirt and lizard all a scurry a face turns on and reflection cowers hiding its fish beneath a ripple The abrupt rocks soften readying each sparkle in hand until a stone becomes a diamond dappled and perfect with belief because that is what it takes to make love ---------- photo, me with my grandgirls, Sam and Ellie, 11-10-06  [This message has been edited by Sunshine (11-22-2006 10:21 AM).] |
