i'm standing outside your window

and you're inside playing Nintendo

            having so much fun

can i be the one

lighting up your sunny disposition until daybreak?

i'd be more than happy to get into your kitchen and cook you enough eggs and grits to ease your heartache

                   at knowing

my heartbreak is growing

                 exponentially

                  without you
