Drip, drip, a rain drop falls, Upon the forest floor it crawls. With others from the storm that fell, Their numbers now begin to swell. Trickle, trickle little stream, Into a placid pool of green. Reflections dance from suns first rays, Kaleidoscopes of lights and grays. Flow, flow, o’ waters clean, Out of the placid pool of green. Seeking, searching for the path, Into the torrent rivers wrath. Rage, rage the river rolls, Emerging into deeper shoals. Its waters, bubbling, now carefree, Gently drifting to the sea. |

Amazing what a rainy day on the river will do for the soul. |
