Many Kisses, Many Tears

Into the collective stream
Of babbling soft waters
At interchange between
Eyes open and eyes closed
There flows, against the rocks
Bruised by times gone by

For in this combative scene
Though mighty and thick skinned
Water wins its passage, by integrity
Past the hard hearted or headed
Wearing down all resistance
Quietly, to never succumb

Giving no thought to frenzy
Leaving no harsh indelible mark
Simply flowing, in laughter
Along a predetermined course
Into the collective stream
Of babbling soft waters

It just flows its course,
and only God knows when to
alter its destination.

Well done, dear!

I could not improve upon the comment by 'passing shadows'about:
"Many Kisses, Many Tears"... I would just add: I'll be thinking about this all LIFE!:

"Giving no thought to frenzy
Leaving no.....indelible mark
Simply flowing, in laughter
Along a predetermined course
Into the collective stream"

Wow! ('weak' comment...but my words fail!)

TD....The weight of water is the sureness of its passage and the lovely thing it does to the edges of rocks.  I loved this!

Yes, a commodity that would certainly put
a dent in our lives were it taken away.
