woman
God’s gift to man
lovely cleaving partner
soft antithesis of manhood
designed to revivify, procreate,
nurture and love unselfishly
sanctuary from harm
grandest cohort
woman

Fool, said my Muse to me, look in thy heart and write.

In one word: she is a miracle ...

The good thing is that you seem sincerely aware of this miracle. This is a very lovely tribute.

And when the "antithesis" is overcome and there is the awareness of being ONE, then the gift is reciprocal indeed.

Love,
Margherita

Yes, that is why the second line exists.  We are not complete without each other.  That is, man and woman compliment each other.

To me...this was a masterful 'rictameter'
'write'...a new 'poetic horizon' is set by this....toward which I quest!

Thought.
It takes
wondering man
unveiling the delight
reveling in the special time
marking the moments of such rare design
bringing magic at finger's tip
candlelight, wine, roses;
all the while, you
knew this
thought.

I'm speechless ... and if you speak to just about anybody here (except Toerag) you'll find that's very seldom the case.
Thank you

It's a simple recipe, really.  Leave in oven with muse at 98.6 degrees for about 8 hours

Brilliant writing, dearest 'loper!
I can usually reply poetically,
but this time?
my mouth
is too busy
smiling
to form words
that fit...
