Desire
Fire smoldering
Two hearts beating as one
Becoming lost in a moment
Lingering in passions sweetest embrace
Mesmerized by softest whispers
Touching deep within soul
Tenderly caught
Desire.

seek the flame within yourself
and let your soul be cleansed by
the fire of love.  Axel Ekenstierna

Excellent one Donna!  I love it!
Marge most recently talked me into trying that form.
They are fun to work with.

I am only a tiny (ever-most-humble) unknown 'poetic voice'....and, perhaps a somewhat 'biased' (dangerously)'incurable romantic'...but, in my opinion this poem is superb!....and also based on others I have (so far) read by this same author,....I believe she has a fine 'poetic Voice'! I grandly look forward to readin' much more of her work!
