red flags are going up everywhere still I keep crossing the lines I suppose I like the pain of playing with fire and ignoring the signs jumping over hot coals of chaos barefoot diving in riptides laying somewhere in between where rebellion collides head-on with morals and that is where I live that is where I am alive where I smile when you can't forgive and life goes on for both of us how sad there's no "we" I am breathing air of you thinning yet I cannot see to ever agree that I needed you like you needed me. |

I love your writing. It is interesting and it changes .. but it always intrigues me. You have me captured with your words -- and I like it. aziza |

Alison, thank you. This is an old poem. More and more I find I am posting old ones just to be able to have something for others to read. Maybe I'll get rid of this writer's block soon. Eddie, good to see you my friend. Thanks for stopping by! |
