Your Divine Beauty It is beauty you define, The most legible sign. In those eyes I can see the approachability, the kindness, no alliance to violence. Then you break the silence. When you cast your eyes to the ground stroking your hair and starting another conversation, When you’re near, it’s like a whole new nation, Whenever you’re coming, I feel I need chocolates and roses for the occasion. Then someone calls your name for a salutation. Now I feel as if there has been an invasion, A strong one broken of the dispensations, I need to run the halls through an alleviation, Other girls need not to be cleared for there is no accentuation, Now before I go any further and drop into tears in front of all my peers. I want to make this clear that the mid section of this poem was all just fear. |
