Perhaps that is what I want from you
Maybe I send you the words
Disguised in an empty face

Maybe it was that I created an idea
a image of you to feel about
At the end of the day it wasn't you at all

You are just a means to an end
You became because i wanted
Not the other way round

I just allow you to be inside
its not that i cannot forget you
its not that i feel for you

You are just you
And all im doing is asking for a reaction

Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

I've actually put my own life on the line, a number of times, looking for a reaction from my 'stone man' which never happened.

Fortunately, I've come to the conclusion, that it just ain't worth it!

Thank you for reminding me with this wonderful piece.

To thy own self be true
