Unknown to escape
imprisoned in mind
The untamed and
the damn bloody kind

What was war
where was love
This quest of questions
to that of any ask

Whom was thunder
of such an enlightening
Blessed in thy name
ever ever so frightening

To salvation
told in revelation
Such prophecy made
then given a second look

"Blessed be the kingdom of our father . . . , that cometh
in the name of the Lord: Hosanna in the highest."
