Closer to Hell...

These broken feet
The track they meet
Beating every day
In the same old way
They run in pain
Even in the rain
But they won’t stop
Until the weary runner drops
Strong they are
Even though they’re scarred
Go on they will
In winters chill
The day’s go on
Like a sad song

These broken feet
The track they meet
They’ll find a way
To rest one day
But until then
They’ll round every bend
And keep on running
Till they reach their end

Keep on trekkin' ~ One foot in front of the other and eventually you'll get where you want to be! Persistance and perseverance wins the race!
