The Beauty of You
11 October 2006

Careyann, the only one I need,
the light, the soap, the seed.
Scrub my back, and Macaroni Cheese feed.
Walk beside me, and know it is true,
the Careyann inside of the beauty of you.

Your heart, your softness, all in kind,
the desire and debonair qualities,
the strength of mystery upon your mind.
Careyann, you're so beautiful
and strong in ways of hidden depth.

As each day one and two does mature,
like and liking are to overcome.
Perhaps that day of birth,
beautiful children, to a beautiful Mum.

Rachel's mother, daughter in kind,
Careyann, a parent to rejoice.
Just know in flavour, your taste
was every thing, and the Almighty by choice.

Hi

I read this poem several times and I am still not sure of your intent. You offer a biblical quote that should clear things up but alas I have not done my homework and I do not have a clue concerning the meaning of the quote. Your wording is also a bit different than what I am used to. It could be the linguistic differences between English and English. Anyway I think this is a very good poem I wish I could understand it more clearly.

It is not the understanding of the poem, just how you do feel once you have read the poem.
