You are the beauty of my longest days With green eyes that no longer look to me Your scent I’ll never find again, retained, But for my holding all such thoughts of you. Our secret hours shared in tender ways Skin embraced skin; our bodies subtle free As our wish was that our time remained ‘For long-times lament I whispered adieu. Now days become longer, falling in love. Your kiss was so sweet, to lull me to fall. Yet more so with time ignoring the call Of the lovesick heart still thinking of you. My love, I miss your love and affection, For truly I miss your every inflection. I am the two-toed wanderer |

Hi This poem is a tender remembrance of a special someone who is no longer in your life. I feel regret and sorrow in this heartfelt poem. Sarkany |
