As if things weren't quite bad enough let's complicate them more,
our jobs have all gone overseas, the whole world is at war,
and now it's even come to this, our Presidential crew
should hang their heads in shame I say they've lost a planet too!

But wait, you say it wasn't them the English did the deed,
t'was very likely Tony Blair and others of his creed,
or maybe it was terrorists " a planetary plot "
or even North Korea, man, those nuclear despots !

Well point your fingers all you like I know this much is true,
it's pretty sad a planet's gone, and such good neighbors too
for unlike all us ornery cusses fighting it appears
they never caused a bit of fuss in several million years.

So I say if we're going to ban a planet why not ours
and then lets toss out Jupiter and give the boot to Mars,
it's adios to Saturn, ariva derci Venus too
in fact let's can the whole darn lot and simply start anew!

We'll have another great big bang and spin off brand new stars.
We'll make a bunch of planets only this time leave out ours
cuz' when it comes to neighbors planets say that we're the worst
so far it's Earths' distinction that by humans we are cursed.

So, say good bye to Pluto guys, alas I knew him well
if George Bush wasn't President this tale I would not tell
My theory about who to blame for such a cosmic loss?
The solar system ain't the same when Dubbya's the boss!

While some might not know diddley squat about who drives the bus,
it's my bet George sold Pluto out just like he's done to us!
