Tomorrow'sToday She visited last night not sure why though Mother is in town for her yearly "Hi". The mirror reminds me our looks seem to blend, this sister now gone while I'm still on the mend. For to lose a sister has been hard ego-wise. She would build up my courage and truth-fill the lies. She came to me smiling, though remembering each word seems to escape me... mind searching the "heard". Must have been for some reason: I've begun to reclaim that of the "missing" what I own of my name. New course to be taking, a pathway to "Be". Maybe she smiled being happy for me... Though a simple rhymed posting, it's meaning is clear: Tomorrow'sToday and my future is near. Taking a bit longer than one would have believed, she smiled at me dreaming, a look quite relieved. ~~~~ A sister's there with you in heart and in mind and will be there beside you when Today becomes... your find. M (missing you always) "Love is not blind - It sees more and not less, but because it sees more, it is willing to see less." (Will Moss) |

your words reminded me of several things, much as the loss of my older brother, 8 years ago, and the passing of my Mother in this March just gone. Your poem prompted me to post and share this poem /pip/Forum95/HTML/000785.html . Because in a way, my poem is a form of response to your words above. a poet who cares |
