A Lonely Frog
He sat upon an only log A lonely frog in a bog Croaked a love song of re beep Until he dozed and fell asleep
The moon showed a silver gray And leaves danced a shadows play The waves lapped about his log Across the waters came a fog
Then a noise that sound a bump Landed on the log a thump He opened up his eyes to look Sang again re beep and shook
The answer to his lovers call An answering re beep’s enthrall That charged the air with thunders roar That shook the swamp right to the core
And in the bedlam of the two Nature played a lovers coup

Si,
Enjoyed the trip by the pond. Ribbeting, or rather I mean, riveting!

Thanks for the smiles tonight, Sy. The soul would have no rainbows, had the eyes no tears.

How cute. I love this little frog and his sweetie. If he had wings, he wouldn't bump his butt.

LOL Oh to kiss a frog! Magic is in the air, or should I say the bog? In this one, love is as easy as jumping on a log.
Seymour, thank you for the laughter.
