Not knowing what to say
Wanting to cry
On shoulder dear.

Wanting to say
Sorry
Not knowing how to.

Crying in the night
Wishing for the words
To ask for help.

Begging lost souls
For help,
With the words.

So dear to my heart
Lost I have you
Without hope
Of saying
What is needed.

Wishing you to hear
"I am so sorry, my Little one."

Looking to heaven
Asking
For the chance
To say them
From the heart
To your ears,
With tears in my eyes.
