Rewrite:

My Cradle Ship

I asked the winds to blow today
To task my cradle soft in sway
To wing me through the oceans blue
And bring me back the past I knew

She plays me long my mistress sea
By touché and her bribery
In swoons and little sprightly gusts
In tunes that stir my inner lust

With velvet nights and gem full skies
She lures me with her gentle sighs
And stews me in her revelry
Till blue and green is all I see

She is a shrew when she is mad
That brews the blues to freighting bad
With waging toss and lightening floss
And raging seas of chaos force

She stays me with her contrabands
And shouts Ole, to my demands

Seymour~
You word-rock a rhythmic cradle most of us can only HOPE to ever come close to swaying~

'I asked the winds to blow today
To task my cradle soft in sway
To wing me through the oceans blue
And bring me back the past I knew'

Bless you as each day yawns anew~

It seems to me there are beautiful words. And then there are beautiful thoughts. Then further on, there are beautiful images. But...now here lies the tricky part...not many that can bring all three together in harmony. That is where YOU come in. Thank you for the reverie.
