The dark helicopters are flying tonight,
I can tell where they are by the sound of thier blades,
I can't see them, they're all blacked out,
Thier guns cut up the night, somebody's dropping bombs,
Big bombs, they shake my house when they explode,
It's early, it will be a long night,
You would think it hard to fall asleep with the windows shaking, but you get used to it,
But at least I have windows, tomorrow is another day,
Maybe a better day, if they leave tonight,
I'll go and see what's left of the woods I used to play in as a child

You presented the true face of war, and it ain't pretty! Very expressive, opressive ~ and realistic!  I felt every word. Excuse the expression, but war sucks!

Hi, SilentShadow! Welcome to pipTalk!
