Eden’s Legacy Love began when the nakedness of Eve Blushed into the eyes of tomorrow Seeing the true reflection of a man’s thoughts Before the sinful rains reigned on lonely dreamers Awakening only to find their souls in darkness… Flicker, flicker sparked the interest of time Burning a smile into the body’s desire Even though Eden’s beauty ceases to be seen Beyond the frosted lips of lovers, That leaves tattooed whispers of eternal bliss over the heart To which laughter feigns to remind us once fooled That happiness wears the disguise of flesh and blood… Hold out your hands and receive this rock, As payment for the world’s selfish ambitions and jealousy; Now lift to the skies your triumph, With the strength and tears of the faithful, Forming a spectacular rainbow for all to see--- A promise of God’s love and forgiveness, As He sits at the center of Heaven’s Garden. Glory to Him on the Highest! My goodness, Marcel! What a rousing conclusion! God's Loving Light, EA |
