i lie in your arms
that is where i should be
you know.
your strength runs deep
as does your love.
i know.
quietly, we talk
as anger dissipates and
love returns.
two strong people
moving together as one.
each with traits
that meld and clash
passion burning.
it does not matter
if i am angry for i still
love you.
before we move on
to share more
of each other
you will know
me.
