Sweetie

He knows that
he wants her.
She knows that
he wants her.
He won't beg.
He'll tell her
just enough times
of these feelings
that seems to be growing
in the places where they grow
and if she has none to share,
he'll find the way to move on,
for having learned some
hard lessons from before,
he wasn't standing still,
he was just taking a little time
to see if his heart still could feel.

Sadly so many people don't take the time to see if they can feel - perhaps it interferes with the mission of the moment but it's always good to stop and it's good that you know it.

You know, I think you feel deeply - and it shows in all you write.

I loved this.
