Ain’t Your Barbie Doll

Sometimes I get so damned mad
and want to just yell
I have feelings too.
I have expectations,
PMS,
and bad, dark days
So get over it and deal with it.
Here's a wake-up call
I am not here to be framed
and shined by someone else's expectations.
I am not refined
or sweet
and bullcrap smells like bullcrap
even if it is sprayed with fragrant lavender cologne.
So see what you want to see, but
... and that is one big BUT ...
but don't come singing your sob story to me
when you find out that I bleed just like you do.
Get over me and then get over yourself.
