I feel the tingle in my sinus But why, we were nothing to each other And just as the tingling is gone I hope the memories of a hope will go If time exists then with time they’ll fade And this emotion will be forgotten And so the eyes and hips Those hands and lips So hopeful, so hopes are but a longing And so this longing makes me sad I see her beauty in a picture And that emotion hits me back I wish I were a better man Someone who lets her hold so tightly Without words or harshness Without anger and ideals I feel she knows I have such sins And so she left my hand Went over to another man And loved him without guilt or contradiction This hope has led to longing This longing led to love so lost My love is lost and so I’m saddened My sadness caused my tingled sinus But my tears will never come I am the two-toed wanderer |

This is a lonely poem-- I'd been reading something light, and this one sobered me. The tears that won't fall, or the tears that can't fall? Either way, it's a harsh world. Nan (Pilgrim variety) |

As luck would have it, I read this while listening to Chu Chulainn. The bagpipes' mournful notes accented this work perfectly. Two beautiful works. You are a wonder. |

I can really relate; that feeling of having accumulated tears, and nowhere for them to go. Loved it. |
