A lone moth landed on my monitor screen And walked knowingly across the words I wondered how much verse it had seen And that thought seemed totally absurd. So I asked this lone moth, if it liked poetry, Better to read, or better to write. And the moth said to me, In pure moth-en-eze I am just so fond of the light! |

This poem makes a person think, and that is to me what poetry is all about. Even if that was a smart moth a poet who cares |
