5584 Tania, the Beautiful 04 August 2006 For you truly are beautiful Tania, by beauty in name Each day, each dawn of your hazel eyes Where ever there was truth there was surprise Sweet Tania, the only one to know Twice in beauty this in your heart to glow An honour a matter of trust Tania, the beautiful an angel, of angel dust Like magic, your heart warms every spell, bewitched Sweet Tania, blue these words composed from a heart to you The origins of the name “Tania”, has been said to be Latin, Irish, Slavic and even Russian. Perhaps this goes to show that some names are timeless in their use. When the meaning of the name: Tania, are said to be ‘silver haired’, or as a fairy queen. Such is the contrast of a girls name all of being beautiful. © 2006 Christopher W Herbert (a New Zealand Poet) a poet who cares |
