A Drop

A drop that outward circles wend
Sets a throne that has no end
Into the valley of life it charge
Without an end to its discharge

Expanding in eternity
Chaotic in extremity
To effervesce within the mist
This little prime this little gist

It lives a spirit in turmoil
And keeps the kettle at a boil
It is the essence of the sense
It is the presence and the hence

It is the order and the means
And all the little in-betweens
It is the why that flies a sigh
It is the truth it is a lie

It is a change and not as end
I kid you not my loving friend
